employers can fire employees they see as an irresistible attraction. >> i'm devastated. i really am. >> reporter: the 32-year-old married mother of two says she saw her employer as a father figure and was shocked when doctor knight confessed he couldn't be trusted around her. >> i was very surprised after working so many years side by side, i didn't have any idea that that would have crossed his mind. >> reporter: but according to court documents knight admits he referenced necessary's infrequent sex life saying that's like having a lamborghini in the garage and never driving i but when knight was busted by his wife sending text messages it was she who demanded she be fired. nelson sued for gender discrimination arguing if she was a man she'd still have her job. >> i think that's absurd. i think the women in iowa should go to work in burqas for fear
